Portals are websites used by medical providers that have enhanced security for the purpose of on-line confidential access to medical records, test results, medical consultation over the internet, making appointments and other services. MyChart is a generic name for websites used by many medical providers for this purpose. Other providers use their own Portal setups.
If your medical provider is not on one of the lists below their portal can probably be found by a Google search.
